Our History

At Design Services, we take pride in building relationships with our clients. A great deal of our business has been built from repeat and referral clients.

We work with the top builders in the area and have designed many of their personal homes. Previous customers gave us the privilege of designing their vacation homes, while others requested designs for new homes when they moved or wanted to downsize. In fact, we are responsible for thousands of homes and design projects all over the county.

William C. Brown has lived in the Metroplex his entire life, growing up in North Dallas and then moving to Denton in 1978 to pursue his educational goals. Mr. Brown received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from the University of North Texas. He started designing homes in 1984 at a residential design firm before founding Design Services in 1986. Mr. Brown is considered an expert in the local area.
